Myth # 2: Eating healthy is just too much work. Not true. It?|s as uncomplicated as buying healthy, whole edibles at the grocery store. Stay away from the ice creams, cakes, pieces and all those things that are dreadful for you. Stay away from all those processed foods. They may be simple, but they are terrible for you!

Myth # 3: Everyone gains weight as they age. Not true.
