In the forenoon of Jan 13the name plate opening ceremony was held in Xu zhang Software Base in the eastern suburb-l he provincial and municipal leaders such as Luo Zhijun, Zhang Weiguo. Jiang Hong kun, Jin Dao qiang,<a href="http://www.orbto.com/business-process-outsourcing/data-entry-outsourcing/" target="_blank" class="postlink">Data processing companies</a>, Shen Jian and Xu Hui ling, and Zhang Lei, the director-general of jiangsu Economic & Trade Department, Chen Wei bao,<a href="http://www.orbto.com/company/why-orbto/" target="_blank" class="postlink">Outsourcing companies</a>, deputy director -general.of jiangsu Information Industry Department, as well as Yang Rui, deputy director-general of Jiangsu Science & Technology Department, attended the ceremony. <br />At the ceremony, the deputy provincial governor Zhang Wei guo and the Mayor of NanjingJiang Hong kun opened the name plates of Base City of Service Outsourcing in China and National Software Exporting & Innovation Base Nanjing. Municipal leaders awarded name plates for the first five service outsourcing demonstration districts of Nan jing,<a href="http://www.orbto.com/software-outsourcing/flex-development/" target="_blank" class="postlink">Flex outsourcing</a>, and they are Xuanwu District,<a href="http://www.orbto.com/software-outsourcing/quality-assurance-outsourcing/" target="_blank" class="postlink">Quality Assurance Outsourcing</a>, Gulou District, Yuhua tai District,<a href="http://www.orbto.com/business-process-outsourcing/data-entry-outsourcing/" target="_blank" class="postlink">Data processing outsourcing</a>, the new-and high-tech development zone and Jiangning Economic Development Zone Xuzhang software Base has signed the agreements of entering into the park with eight companies, including Dalian Software Park Co., Ltd. and Dongda Intelligence Co., Ltd. <br />Luo Zhijun, the Secretary of Nanjing Municipal Party Committee, said at the name plate opening ceremony that Nanjing achieving the honors of Base City of Service Outsourcing in China and "National Software Exporting & Innovation Base" not only proved the development strength of Nanjing software industry, especially the service outsourcing industry, but also raised new requirements for carrying out our measures in building a famous software city in China, and for strengthening to develop service outsourcing business and speeding up building the service outsourcing base by grasping the opportunity that international service industry speeds up transferring to China. He hoped that, with the two honors, Nanjing can greatly release the power of its science & education resources, speed up adjusting industrial structure and transform the growth methods, build a modern service industry system that matches the regional center position of Nanjing, and building Nanjing into an important science and education center in China and the modern service industry center of Jiangsu as early as possible. <br />Zhang Weiguo fully affirmed the development achievements of the software industry of Nanjing and its contribution to the software development of Jiangsu. He said that "The Base City of Service Outsourcing in China" and "National Software Exporting & Innovation Base " settled in Nanjing will add new power to the fast development of Nanjing.
