There is some evidence that informed buyers at Florida foreclosure auctions tend to do better in the auction game than the wealthier, but less knowledgeable, international buyers. <br />Some of the most common areas on the foreclosure listings include Hollywood, Coral Springs, Miami, West Palm Beach, Lake Worth and Homestead as well as all major and minor cities.
