VanceInfo is the top China-based offshore software development services provider for European and North American markets, according to IDC. <br /> <br />Patsystems‘ offshore development centre will be used to support Patsystems‘ future growth plans, with particular regard to its rapid expansion in Asia. Initially,<a href="http://www.orbto.com/software-outsourcing/quality-assurance-outsourcing/" target="_blank" class="postlink">Quality Assurance Outsourcing</a>, the centre will focus on the development of Asia Pacific exchange connectivity.
