Irregular work-hour mechanism can be adopted <br />for employees engaging in software design, technical R&D,<a href="http://www.orbto.com/software-outsourcing/php-outsourcing/" target="_blank" class="postlink">PHP development outsourcing</a>, senior management <br />and other jobs whose work cannot be measured by standard working time due <br />to production features or employees who need flexible working time in qualified <br />technically advanced <a href="http://www.orbto.com/company/why-orbto/" target="_blank" class="postlink">outsourcing companies</a> with standard employment management <br />in the regions outside the 21 outsourcing model cities with the approval of local <br />human resources and social security authorities. Moreover, combined workhour <br />system can be applied to those employees who, due to particularity of their <br />work,<a href="http://www.orbto.com/business-process-outsourcing/data-processing-companies/" target="_blank" class="postlink">Data Entry outsourcing</a>, need to work continuously in a certain period of time. The Ministry will <br />also enhance management and service for the implementation of special workhour <br />system in <a href="http://www.orbto.com/company/why-orbto/" target="_blank" class="postlink">outsourcing companies</a>, further simplify examination and approval <br />procedures to raise the efficiency and provide convenient and top-quality services <br />to companies. For outsourcing enterprises that meet the requirements prescribed in <br />��Five Postpones,<a href="http://www.orbto.com/software-outsourcing/flash-web-development/" target="_blank" class="postlink">Flash development outsourcing</a>, Four Reductions and Three Subsidies�� policy, policy support shall <br />be granted to them as per the ��Notice on Further Alleviating Enterprises�� Burden <br />and Stabilizing Employment Situation�� (MOHRSS [2009] No. 175).</span></td> </tr> </table></td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="2" height="1" class="spaceRow"><img src="http://picsrv.fora.pl/Boyz/images/spacer.gif" alt="" width="1" height="1" /></td> </tr> </table>
