| Man charged for firing gun in residence
WILKES-BARRE - A man was arraigned Wednesday on charges he endangered several people by firing a handgun inside a West Chestnut Street residence. Albergin Jamal Anderson Jersey,NCAA Jerseys, 21, of North Washington Street, Wilkes-Barre, was charged with two counts each of aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person. He was arraigned in Wilkes-Barre Central Court and jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $10,000 bail. Police allege Jamal Anderson Jersey fired a shot from a handgun during an argument with several people inside the West Chestnut Street residence at about 11:30 p.m. Friday, according to the criminal complaint. A preliminary hearing is scheduled on Sept. 22 in Central Court. |
