| IBM formally inked a contract with the national high-tech administrative committee of Ningbo, Zhejiang Province,Outsourcing Solution For Retail Goods, making sure the establishment of a logistics and information outsourcing industrial park in Ningbo High-tech Zone.
At the same time, IBM announced that it planned to establish a Ningbo research and development center and a logistics industry solution center of China research and development center. Pursuant to the cooperation memo of understanding,Offshore outsourcing, the two parties will jointly make efforts to build the industrial park into a leading smart logistics software and information outsourcing industrial base in China, and boost the IBM China smart logistics center to settle in the Ningbo high-tech zone. Ningbo, a major logistics center in South China,custom software development, was regarded to be a nationwide logistics city in China by the logistics industry adjustment and stimulus plan issued by the State Council, the nation‘s cabinet,outsourcing and globalization, in April 2009, and the nation has constructed a Yangtze River Delta Logistics Zone centralizing in Shanghai,Localization Software, Nanjing, and Ningbo. |
