| Wuxi,Financial outsourcing, (a province in china) is looking towards building a "little India" in order to become a major service outsourcing center. Wuxi,Data convention outsourcing, which mainly concentrates on manufacturing,Data convention, is planning to shift towards the service outsourcing industry.
The city is likely to attract 30 to 40 billion dollars in service outsourcing business and also create job opportunity for one million people by 2020. The service outsourcing industry cannot flourish without a large talent pool. But the young crowd of the city is concentrating in software and information technology fields. Thus Wuxi is looking for building a total area of six million sqm for software service outsourcing within three years and encouraged enterprises to cultivate and import skilled workers. The local government tied up with India's National Institute of Information Technologies (NIIT),quality assurance companies, the world's second-largest educational institution in order establishes the NIIT (China) Outsourcing College in Wuxi as a training foundation for the city's outsourcing businesses. Wuxi experienced robust growth in outsourcing. The city went for 1.14 billion dollars contracts from January to July,Financial service outsourcing, up 110 % t year-on-year. |
