A health coach also takes the confusion out of weight loss. There is so much conflicting information about diets, exercise, health, and nutrition; that it can be difficult to know who or what to believe. A health coach is knowledgeable about health and wellness and can be your guide through all the confusion. This will allow you to put your efforts into reaching your goals instead of being stuck in trying to figure out where to start.
If you are interested in taking control of your weight and health, there is hope. Your body wants to be healthy and will do whatever it can to be healthy, but it requires your support with good fuel, physical activity and rest to perform at its peak potential.
