Nanjing striving to become the famous software city in China, achieved joyfully two national level City Business Cards, namely, The Base City of Service Outsourcing in China and National Software Exporting & Innovation Base. In the forenoon of Jan 13the name plate opening ceremony was held in Xu zhang Software Base in the eastern suburb-l he provincial and municipal leaders such as Luo Zhijun, Zhang Weiguo. Zhang Weiguo fully affirmed the development achievements of the software industry of Nanjing and its contribution to the software development of Jiangsu.
